We provide two (2) bottles of water located in the mini-refrigerators in each room. We also provide coffee and tea service in each room. We also have a water bottle refilling station location in the lobby.

We would love to host your group. Please email us at info@3one3hotel.com and we would be happy to assist in reserving a block of rooms for your group.

No. The group leader is not responsible for paying for each room. We will provide your group with a special “group code” that your members can use to book and pay for their individual rooms directly with us through our website.

No. We do not have space on site for meetings or conferences. However, we can make arrangements for you at the Opera House which is located one-half block from the Hotel. Please email us at info@3one3hotel.com and we would be happy to assist you in reserving a meeting space.

Standard Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 10:00am.

Bookings made are refundable if canceled within Forty-Eight (48) hours of the arrival date in-line with our standard cancellation policy as made available on our website at the time of booking.

Your full credit card payment is taken at the time of booking to ensure payment. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards, or online bank transfers.

Yes. Depending on availability you may upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out time. If available, you will be provided the option to upgrade when making your reservation and again when you complete the check-in process.

We do not provide key cards. You will access your room via a mobile key using your mobile device. You must download the Open Key mobile application on your mobile device in order to access your room. To download please click on the link.

No. Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage for our guests. We suggest storing your luggage in your vehicle until you complete the check-in process.

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer cots or cribs.

Yes. We offer our guests free high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi to all guests.

No. We offer today’s most advanced hotel TV in-room entertainment system through Beyond TV. Beyond TV allows our guests to stream and cast your favorite content directly from your mobile device to our in-room TVs.

Each guest room is equipped with a 3.2 cubic feet refrigerator. We also have a large refrigerator located in the lobby for guest use.

Yes. If you would like to pay for another guest’s reservation, please email us at info@3one3hotel.com and we would be happy to help.

You may find all of our available rooms by visiting www.3one3hotel.com/reservations and entering your desired arrival and departure dates and clicking “search”. All of our available rooms will be displayed.

There is ample parking in the municipal lot located on the west side of the building. A parking map will be emailed to you on your day of arrival.

No. Our website only allows for one reservation to be made per visit. If you wish to reserve multiple rooms you can book them individually or email us at info@3one3hotel.com and we be happy to assist in making a multi-room reservation.

Yes. Please email us at info@3one3hotel.com and we will do our very best to find your lost item and coordinate returning it to you.

Yes. Our main entrance doors on State Street are locked 24 hours per day. The main entrance doors on the West (rear) side of the building are unlocked 24 hours per day. You will need your mobile key to gain entry to the hotel.

This depends on the room type. We allow a maximum of two (2) adults per bed per room. Single bed rooms have a maximum occupancy of two (2) adults. Double bed rooms have a maximum occupancy of four (4) adults.

No. We do not have a workout facility on site. However, all guests are provided a free day pass to the Alma College Stone Recreation Center. Just provide the free pass to the reception desk at the Center and you will have access to their entire facility.


The King Suite, King ADA, and Double Queen room types have windows.

No, we are a limited-service hotel with an emphasis on keeping our environmental footprint as low as possible. Rooms are serviced after your second night with us. If your reservation is for only one or two nights then you will not receive housekeeping services during your visit.
